A combination of HTM 3120 or HTM 4120 is recommended for attaining hands-on event design, planning and production experience.

An internship experience (HTM 3443 Hospitality and Tourism industry internship) is also recommended to further gain knowledge and experience.
Additional Requirements
- A minimum of 50 percent of the business hours required for the certificate must be OSU delivered in residence or OSU online courses.
